1 In the de-energized state, manually turn the fan wheel to check whether the
pump runs freely. Oxidation and impurities can block pump components
and the motor.
2 Check the fan wheel for tight fit.
CAUTION
Damages caused by unsuitable and conductive cooling liquids
are excluded from warranty.
• In case that other cooling liquids are used, they must not contain any
aggressive, abrasive, or resinified components.
• If the ABICOR BINZEL BTC-15 coolant is not available, deionized
water (permitted operating temperature +5°C to +40°C) or, after
cleaning the device, a mixture of 25% monoethylene glycol and of 75%
deionized water (permitted operating temperature -10°C to +40°C) can
be used.
NOTICE
• Make sure that the coolant supply and return have been installed
properly. Coolant supply = blue, coolant return = red.
• We recommend to use ABICOR BINZEL coolants BTC-15; can be used
up to -10°C.
• To ensure the maximum cooling capacity, check the condition of the
coolant regularly.
