Solution
• Battery level is too low
• There is moisture inside the device
• The device is connected to the PC
• Check the if the device is connected
correctly with the AC charger
• Check the battery
• Check if the microSD card is inserted
into the device
• Format microSD card and try again
• Check if the microSD card is installed
correctly
• Check if the memory card is full
• Insert a memory card with larger
capacity (max. 64 GB)
• Check if the lens is dirty
• The device is too far from the
windshield, adjust the position of
the device
• Check the connection of the DVR
with the PC
• Check the settings
• The device can be exposed to direct
light; adjust the position of the
device
