CHAPTER 3 CONTROLS

1) "Free fall" clutch lever
Use this lever to engage or disengage the drive clutch and engage the
handbrake.
The belts will turn if the lever is lowered onto the handlebar pipe whilst
the engine is turning.
When the lever is released, the clutch disengages and the brake is enga-
ged.
2) Release lever and left brake
Pull the lever upwards in order to turn to the left.
3) Acceleration lever
Use this lever to increase or reduce the speed of the engine
and switch on (start) or switch off (off) the engine
4) Release lever and right brake
Pull the lever upwards in order to turn to the right.
5) Starter cord
This is used to start up the engine.
6) Gear lever
This is used for positions F1, F2 or R1, R2
7) Bin blocking lever
This lever is used to raise the bin and put it into position for tipping.
