4. Einfachmontage

Auspaken und Installation
Den Elektrohubzylinder ROLARAM™ aus dem
Transportbehälter nehmen. Verpak-kungsmaterial
und Trockenmittel umweltgerecht entsorgen.
Für Transport un Montage des Elektrohubzylinders
sind unbedingt weiche Gurte als Tragmittel zu
verwenden, um Beschädigungen zu vermeiden.

Montage

Der Einbau des Electrohubzylinders ROLARAM™
kann auf zwei Arten erfolgen:
Mit Lagerzapfen für kardanische Aufhängung
(1) oder mit einem Montagefuß, der auf den
Lagerzapfen aufgezogen wird (2).
Die Befestigung des Electrohubzylinders erfolgt an
seinem Lagergehäuse und am Anbauteil des
Zylinderrohres.
Es ist darauf zu

4. Mounting a single actuator

Unpacking and installation

Remove the ROLARAM™ actuator from its
container. Dispose of the packaging material and
the desiccant in an environmentally friendly way.
If it is necessary and in order to avoid damages,
please use soft straps to transport or mount the
actuator.
In order to avoid damages, do not

attach the straps to the inner tube
but to the outer housing of the drive
or to the gearbox.

Mounting

There are two possible ways of mounting the
ROLARAM™ actuator:
By meany of bearing journals for trunnion mounting
(1) or by means of mounting feet on a bearing
journal (2).
Mount the actuator by attaching the desired
bearings (or mounting feet) to the trunnion pins (1).
Verify that the ram attachment (3) is aligned
throughout the actuator stroke before connecting
the ram.
The desired mounting
