Fault
The device does not
start my vehicle.
The device does not
supply my 12 V vehi-

Troubleshooting Tips

Possible cause
Contact between the clamps and
battery is not optimum.
The device is not charged.
The vehicle battery is defective.
The fuse is blown.
The 12 V device is not switched on.

No voltage at the 230 V mains
connection.
Inadequate electrical contact.
The battery voltage is still less than
