NOTES!
When mixing heavy dough, do not operate the machine for longer than
15 minutes. Apart from that, allow the appliance to cool down to room
temperature after each operation.
Always use the provided splash guard
Upon completion of the kneading or mixing process, reset the speed to „
switch off the appliance and pull the mains plug.
Press the unlocking lever
You can now loosen the mixture with a scraper and remove it from the mix-
ing bowl.
You can now remove the mixing bowl by turning it counter-clockwise.
Clean the used parts as described in chapter "CLEANING".

General recommendations for the selection of a mixer attachment are shown
on the LED display. These recommendations serve as a guideline – they vary
depending on the amount and type of ingredients in the mixing bowl.
