5.6. Preparing the remote controller

Insert the lithium battery (CR2025) supplied
with the remote controller
1 Insert the tip of a pen into the hole on the
rear, slide it in the direction of the arrow, and
2 Pull out the holder
3 Place the lithium battery in the holder with the
[+] side up.
4 Firmly push in the holder with the lithium
battery inserted.

Note
- Be sure to place the battery in the holder
before inserting it.
- Do not insert any batteries other than those
specified.
- Do not drop the remote controller or subject
it to other strong impacts.
- Do not place items on top of the remote
controller or stand on it.
- The holder is designed to be difficult to
remove, in order to prevent small children
from accidentally ingesting the battery.

Fix the remote controller case in place with
the supplied wood screws.
Check the position from which the remote
controller can be used before installing the
case on a wall nearby.

- The remote controller cannot function
correctly in the following locations.
- Locations where there are obstacles between
the remote controller and the receiver on the
main unit
- Locations where strong light from a lighting
equipment is striking
- Locations where strong light such as sunlight
is striking the receiver on the main unit
- Locations where the remote controller may be
subject to effects from electromagnetic waves
such as in close proximity to television
