- Start the motor.
- Do not keep the motor running for more than 60 seconds continuously or alternate between 60 seconds on and 60
seconds off to prevent the motor from overheating or becoming damaged.
Speed setting
Low for light use with liquids.
High for a more solid consistency - to mix liquids and solid food.
Turbo for blending frozen food; short, powerful pulsing movements.
(The switch will not remain in the "Turbo" setting when released.
You must either hold it in the "Turbo" setting or turn the switch repeatedly to the setting.
Caution: The glass jug's maximum capacity is 1.25L)
B. Grinder
1. Place food such as coffee grains, almonds, peanuts, walnuts, spices, etc. in the grinder base.
2. Place the lid on the grinder, then press to close.
3. Start the motor to chop the food.
After using the blender or grinder, always set the switch to "0" and unplug from the mains. To remove the jug, simply lift
up from the motor base. It is not necessary to turn the glass jug to remove it. Suggestion: It is best to add water a little at
a time when blending solid food. It is not necessary to add water to blend food with a high water content, such as fruit.
Remember to not leave the blender unattended while it is operating.

USEFUL TIPS

- To get best results when blending solid ingredients, place small portions in the glass jug and blend each portion
separately instead of placing a large quantity at once.
- If you are processing solid ingredients, first cut them into small portions (2-3 cm).
- When blending solid ingredients, start with a small quantity of water. Then add further quantities of liquid through the
opening in the lid.
- Always place your hand on top of the blender when operating the appliance.
- Be careful when blending thick liquids.
- To stir solid ingredients or very thick liquids, we recommend you use the blender in the "Turbo" mode to prevent the
blades from sticking.
MOTOR BASE
Never immerse the motor base in water or other liquids. Only clean with a damp cloth.
RINSING / CLEANING THE GLASS JUG
Empty the glass jug and fill with water. Place the glass jug on the motor base and turn the selector switch several times
to the "Turbo" setting. Empty the glass jug and rinse until it is clean.

THOROUGH CLEANING

Make sure that the glass jug is totally empty before unscrewing the locking ring. Handle the blades with care. All of the
removable parts can be washed in the dishwasher.

PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT

Electric products should not be thrown away with domestic rubbish. This appliance should be taken to a local recycling
centre for safe treatment.
