9 Wartung Dampfanlage
9.4.2 kesselsteinlösemittel ansetzen
1. Für den ersten Spülvorgang Kesselsteinlöse mittel -
behälter mit Weichwasser im Verhältnis 1:10
verdünnt im Lösemittelbehälter ansetzen. Je nach
Größe des Dampfautomaten ist die Lösung so oft
neu anzusetzen, bis beim Spülvorgang aus der
Anfahrleitung die Lösung zum Behälter
zurückgeführt wird.
2. Lösemittel umpumpen, bis keine Lösereaktion mehr
entsteht. Lösung mit gelöstem Kesselstein
entsorgen.
3. Vorgang wie unter 1. und 2. mit einer neuen
Mischung im Verhältnis 1:5 wiederholen.
4. Das Spülen kann beendet werden, wenn der
Wasserpumpenvordruck wieder im normalen
Bereich ist.
9.4.3 kesselspeisepumpe starten/abschalten
Wenn die Vorbereitungsarbeiten nach 9.4.1 durch -
geführt und die Lösemittel nach 9.4.2 angesetzt sind, ist
die Kesselspeisepumpe wie folgt in Betrieb zu nehmen:
1. Im Display das Symbol „System" berühren.
Es erscheint das folgende Bild
2. Im Bild das Feld „Pumpenbetrieb Kesselstein
entfernen START" berühren und gedrückt halten.
Das Anzeigefeld wird dunkler und im Feld erscheint
der Text „Pumpenbetrieb Kesselstein entfernen
STOP".
3. Die Speisepumpe startet und pumpt nun das
Kesselsteinlösemittel durch das Heizsystem über den
Lösemittelbehälter im Kreis.
4. Zum Abschalten der Speisepumpe im Bild das Feld
„Pumpenbetrieb Kesselstein entfernen STOP"
loslassen. Die Pumpe bleibt stehen und im Feld
erscheint wieder der Text „Pumpenbetrieb
Kesselstein entfernen START".

9 Maintenance steam plant
9.4.2 Preparing the sediment solvent
1. For the first flushing process prepare the sediment
solvent vessel diluted with soft water in the ratio
1:10 in the solvent vessel. Depending on the size of
the steam generator prepare the solution as often as
necessary until the solution is fed back from the
start-up line to the vessel during the flushing
process.
2. Circulate the solvent until no solving reaction takes
place. Dispose of the solution with dissolved
sediment.
3. Repeat the process as described under 1. and 2. with
a new mixture in the ratio 1:5.
4. Flushing can be terminated when the water pump
admission pressure lies in the normal range again.
9.4.3 Starting/switching off the boiler feed pump
When the preparatory work in accordance with Section
9.4.1 has been carried out and the solvent prepared to
Section 9.4.2, start up the boiler feed pump as follows:
1. Touch the "System" icon in the display.
The following screen is displayed
2. Touch and keep pressed the "START pump operation
sediment removal" field in the screen. The display
field becomes darker and the text "STOP pump
operation sediment removal" is displayed in the
field.
3. The feed pump starts and pumps the sediment
solvent through the heating system via the solvent
vessel in the circuit.
4. To switch off the feed pump touch the "STOP pump
operation sediment removal" field in the screen. The
pump stops and the text "START pump operation
sediment removal" is displayed again in the field.
