6 Starten und Abschalten
3. Das Anfahrventil öffnen.
Der Dampfautomat muß drucklos sein!
Sonst kann ein Schaden am Drucksensor
entstehen.
4. Im Display das Symbol „OK" berühren. Damit wird
der Start des Dampfautomaten freigegeben und er
geht in Betrieb.
Im Display erscheint das folgende Bild:
Bis zum Start des Brenners dauert es ca. 3 Minuten.
In dieser Zeit wird der Dampf automat befüllt und
Luftklappentest, Luftvorlauf usw. ausgeführt.
5. Nach Ablauf des Startprogramms wird Dampf
erzeugt und im Display erscheint folgendes Bild:
Bei Auftreten von unnormalen Betriebs -
geräuschen oder abweichendem
Betriebs verhalten sofort den Dampfautomaten
durch Berühren des Symbols „STOP" oder
Drehen des Hauptschalters (2) abschalten.
6. Das Dampfventil langsam öffnen.
7. Das Anfahrventil langsam schließen.
8. Im Display das Symbol „OK" berühren.
Damit ist der Startvorgang abgeschlossen und der
Dampfautomat in Betrieb. Im Display erscheint das
folgende Bild:
Der Dampfautomat darf im Dauerbetrieb nicht
mit weniger als 5 bar Dampfdruck betrieben
werden, um Erosionsschäden im Dampfsystem
zu vermeiden.
6 Starting and stopping
3. Open the start-up valve.
The steam generator must be unpressurized!
Otherwise damage to the flow sensor can arise!
4. Touch the "OK" icon in the display. This enables the
start of the steam generator and it starts up.
The following screen is displayed:
It takes approx. 3 minutes until the burner starts.
During this time the steam generator is filled and
the air damper test, air feed, etc. are carried out.
5. After the start program has been completed, steam
is generated and the following screen is displayed:
If abnormal operating noises or deviating
operating behavior occurs, switch off the steam
generator immediately by touching the "STOP"
icon or by turning the main switch (2).
6. Open the steam valve slowly.
7. Close the start-up valve slowly.
8. Touch the "OK" icon in the display.
The starting process is now complete and the steam
generator is in operation. The following screen is
displayed:
The steam generator may not be operated at
less than 5 bars steam pressure during
continuous operation in order to avoid erosion
damage to the system.
