By pressing SW2 you can alternate between the words Active – Inactive – Free Sale.
Active = After inserting the correct amount, the customer has to press the button to start the process.
Inactive = After inserting the correct amount, the machine starts the juicing process without having to
press START.
Free Sale = No need to insert any money; simply press the button for juice.

To save any changes once you have made the required adjustment, press SW1 to move on to the
next field.
DOOR SWITCH: When you open the door, a safety switch cuts the communication to the electronic
circuit board of the machine. To simulate the operation of the machine with the door open, position the
magnetic unit next to the magnetic sensor located in the upper part of the door (Fig. 14) and check
whether there is any communication with the control panel. The display will show a message
indicating that the machine is ready to go into service (Fig. 42).
TAKE SPECIAL CARE WITH MOVING PARTS SUCH AS THE FEEDER BASKET, THE BLADE
AND THE FILTER CLEANER.

1.5. SELF-CLEANING

 The machine has a self-cleaning system that consists of a spray nozzle at the front of the juicing
machine that rinses out the squeezing zone and its front cover (Fig. 15).
 You can programme the length of time that the water pump should operate for each self-cleaning
process from 10 to 30 seconds in the OUTFLOW TIME field.
 The self-cleaning system goes into operation in the following situations:
- When 10 juicing processes have been completed with no more than 30 minutes between two
of them.
- When 30 minutes have elapsed since the last juicing process.
- After the last cleaning process at 30 minutes, if no more juices are squeezed the self-
cleaning process repeats itself every four hours.
 To perform this function, the machine has:
- A tank (diagram 24.1, no. 3) located at the bottom of the machine which should be filled with
potable water. Once it is full and fitted in place, insert the submersible pump down to the
bottom of the tank.
 The water used for cleaning and the liquid from condensation run into the waste water tank (Fig.
28).
 In the waste water tank there is a water level sensor which prevents the water pump from
connecting when it is full.
 After each self-cleaning session the filter cleaner does a sweep.
1.6. ADJUSTING THE CHILLING TEMPERATURE
In the programming field OPERATING TEMPERATURE you can select the temperature you want
from 8°C up to 50°C. (50°C is for if you intend never to connect the compressor). We recommend an
operating temperature of 10-12°C.
The chilling system works as follows:
- The evaporator fans run constantly.
- When the door is open, the compressor is always off.
- When the door is closed, if the interior temperature is 3°C higher than programmed, the
compressor turns on within 10 seconds.
