Problem
The product
does not work.

beeps
continuously.

This product is shipped with a warranty card. If the product has manufacturing
defects, is damaged or if it was dropped, do not use it. Contact the service hotline
provided on the warranty card.

Cause
The product is not turned on.
The battery is not sufficiently
charged.
The maximum speed is
exceeded.
The surface is inclined.
The battery capacity is less
than 30 %.
Solution
Press the on/off button to turn
on the product.
Fully charge the battery.
Shift your centre of gravity
backwards to reduce the
speed.
Move to a horizontal surface.
Reduce the speed and step
off slowly and carefully. Fully
charge the battery.
