3. Shift your centre of gravity as per the information in the table below, to move
on:
Direction of movement
Start moving/drive forward/speed up
Slow down/drive backwards
Turn right
Turn left
Stop

Gently lean to the front to shift your
centre of gravity forward
Gently lean to the back to shift your
centre of gravity backward
Gently turn your feet to the right
Gently turn your feet to the left
Gently return to vertical position; your
weight evenly distributed on both feet
