Regularly check the power plug and power cable for damage. If the supply
cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly
available from the manufacturer or its service agent. Appliances with type X
attachment.
Disconnect the battery charger from the power supply and allow it to cool
before cleaning, storage and transportation.
Protect the electrical parts against moisture. Do not immerse them in water
or other liquids while cleaning or during use to avoid electric shock. Do not
hold the battery charger under running water.
During charging, the product must be placed in a well-ventilated area.
Disconnect the battery charger from the power supply as soon as the battery
is fully charged.
Check the battery charger regularly for damage. A damaged battery charger
must be repaired before use.
Do not use the battery charger, if it has been exposed to shocks or impacts,
if it has been dropped or damaged in any other way.
Never connect a damaged product to the battery charger. Risk of electric
shock!
Never dismantle the battery charger. Repairs must be performed by an
accredited after-sales service. Incorrect assemblies could cause fire or
electric shock.
Never use the battery charger near explosive or flammable materials. There
is a risk of fire and explosion.
Check the technical data before connecting the battery charger to the power
supply. Only connect the battery charger to a socket which corresponds to
the technical details shown on the rating label. Risk of electric shock!
The battery charger is intended for indoor use only.
Do not misuse the battery charger. The battery charger is only intended to be
used with the battery built inside the product. Other uses could lead to fire or
electric shock.
Ensure that the battery charger and the charging port are connected
correctly and not obstructed by foreign objects.
Keep the charging port free from any objects and protect it from dirt and
humidity.
Do not place any objects on the battery charger and do not cover it, as this
could lead to overheating. Do not place the battery charger close to a heat
source.
Always place the power cable in such a way that no one can trip over, step
on it or damage it in any other way. Failure to do so can lead to a risk of
material damage and injuries.
Do not disconnect the battery charger from the power supply by pulling the
power cable. Always pull the plug itself.
Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
