CONDIZIONI DI GARANZIA
1) Il costruttore, garantisce l'efficacia e la
durata dei prodotti di propria fabbricazione,
costruiti a regola d'arte e sottoposti a
collaudo
funzionale
presso
laboratorio, secondo le caratteristiche di
targa ed in funzione delle condizioni
teoriche di lavoro normale. La durata della
garanzia è stabilita in 12 (dodici ) mesi,
con decorrenza dalla data di acquisto,

desumibile
ricevuta fiscale rilasciata dal venditore.
2) La garanzia copre tutti i componenti
dell'apparecchiatura, ad eccezione delle
parti elettriche, dei particolari in materiale
plastico e le parti fragili, le manopole, le
parti
asportabili,
la
verniciatura
cromatura, e gli eventuali accessori, in
quanto il loro livello di conservazione
dipende direttamente dal livello di cura
posto dall'utente.
Non sono inoltre coperti da garanzia,
tutti i danni causati da incuria nel
trasporto o nella manipolazione del
prodotto, da trascuratezza o incapacità
d'uso dell'apparecchiatura, da errata o
cattiva installazione e manutenzione, per
inadeguatezza dell' impianto elettrico cui
l'apparecchiatura
è
collegata,
manomissioni da parte di personale non
autorizzato e/o non in grado di svolgere
la propria attività a regola d'arte e
comunque per qualsiasi causa non
dipendente dalla Casa Costruttrice.
3) Durante il periodo di garanzia, la Casa
Costruttrice,
s'impegna,
a
rivenditore che ha effettuato la vendita e
secondo quanto esposto nel paragrafo
precedente,
a
sostituire
gratuitamente
quei
particolari
dovessero presentare disfunzioni causate
da vizi originari di materiali, o da difetti di
lavorazione. Per gli interventi effettuati a
domicilio, l'utente, dovrà corrispondere il
diritto fisso di chiamata secondo le tariffe in
vigore localmente, o secondo le tariffe
nazionali di settore.
Se l'apparecchiatura dovrà essere riparata
in fabbrica, le spese di trasporto saranno ad
esclusivo carico dell'Utente.
Qualunque riparazione effettuata durante il
periodo di garanzia, non dà diritto al
prolungamento della stessa.
4) Per aver diritto alla prestazione in
garanzia, l'Utente deve esibire, a richiesta
del
Nostro
incaricato,
il
certificato
garanzia e la ricevuta fiscale o documento
di accompagnamento a convalida della data
di
acquisto
dell'apparecchio.

privi di manomissioni, correzioni, abrasioni
ecc.
5) La Casa Costruttrice non assume altri
oneri se non quelli relativi alla sostituzione
dei particolari ritenuti difettosi a proprio
insindacabile giudizio.
Non si assume inoltre alcuna responsabilità
per qualsiasi pregiudizievole conseguenza
dedicante al Cliente per il fermo della
macchina, anche per il tempo necessario
per eseguire le prestazioni in garanzia.
6) La Casa Costruttrice, riconosce soltanto
le condizioni di garanzia riportate su questo
certificato.
Nessuno
è
autorizzato
modificarle e a rilasciarne delle altre verbali
o scritte.
7) Per qualsiasi controversia riguardante
l'interpretazione è / o l'applicazione delle
presenti
condizioni
di
garanzia,
esclusivamente competente il Foro nella cui
circoscrizione risiede il Costruttore.
Per tutti i rapporti giuridici si applica
esclusivamente la legge italiana.

1)
Der
Hersteller
garantiert
Leistungsfähigkeit und Nutzdauer seiner
Produkte, die kunstgerecht hergestellt und
einer strengen Abnahmeprüfung im eigenen
Werk unterzogen wurden, gemäß den
Schilddaten
und
in
Abhängigkeit
vorgeschriebenen
Betriebsbedingungen.
Die Garantiezeit ist mit 12 (zwölf) Monaten
festgelegt und läuft ab Ankaufsdatum, das
am Warenbegleitschein angegeben ist, oder
aus
der
gesetzlich
vorgeschriebenen
Quittung des Verkäufers ersichtlich ist.
2) Die Garantie deckt sämtliche Bauteile der
Maschine, mit Ausnahme der elektrischen
Komponenten, der Kunststoffteile und der
zerbrechlichen Teile, Griffe, abnehmbarer
Teile,
Lackierung
und
Verchromung,
etwaiger Zubehörteile, da ihr Zustand von
der Sorgfalt, mit der sie vom Benutzer
gepflegt werden, abhängt.
Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Schäden,
die durch mangelnde Achtsamkeit beim
Transport
oder
beim
Handling
Produkts, durch Nachlässigkeit oder
unsachgemäße
Verwendung
Maschine, durch fehlerhafte Installation
o d e r
m a n g e l h a f t e
W a r t u n g ,
ordnungswidrige
Auslegung
elektrischen Anlage, an die die Maschine
a n g e s c h l o s s e n
i s t ,
Neueinstellungen von seiten unbefugten
und/oder unfähigen Personals und auf
jeden Fall durch Faktoren bewirkt sind,
für die der Hersteller nicht verantwortlich
gemacht werden kann.
3) Der Hersteller verpflichtet sich, während
der Garantiezeit, unter Einschaltung des
Verkäufers
und
unter
den
beschriebenen Bedingungen, den Ersatz
oder die kostenlose Reparatur jener Teile
auszuf ühren,
die
Material-
Konstruktionsfehler aufweisen. Eingriffe an
Ort und Stelle müssen vom Benutzer auf
der Grundlage der örtlich geltenden oder
der einschlägigen nationalen Tarife bezahlt
werden.
Sollte sich eine Reparatur im Herstellerwerk
nötig erweisen, gehen die Transportkosten
gänzlich zu Lasten des Benutzers.

4) Um seinen Garantieanspruch geltend zu
machen, muß der Benutzer seiner Anfrage
um Einsendung unseres Technikers den
Garantieschein

vorgeschriebene

Warenbegleitschein
(in
denen
Ankaufsdatum angegeben ist) beilegen.
Diese
Dokumente
müssen
abgefaßt und einwandfrei leserlich sein und
dürfen keine eigenmächtigen Korrekturen
enthalten.
5) Der Hersteller übernimmt keine anderen
Verpflichtungen, als den Ersatz von Teilen,
die
nach eigenem Ermessen Mängel
aufweisen.
Ebenso
besteht
keine
Haftung
Folgeschäden durch Maschinenstillstand,
auch
wenn
die
Maschine
Ausführung
der
Garantieleistungen
stillgesetzt wurde.
6)
Es
werden
ausschließlich
vorliegenden
Garantiebedingungen
Hersteller
anerkannt.
Änderungen
andere
mündliche
oder
Abmachungen haben keine Gültigkeit.
7)
Für
