4.2 AVVIAMENTO OPERATIVO

LAVORARE.
- Inserire le lame più opportune per la
lavorazione da effettuare (Vedi Figura
7 e Paragrafo 4.1.1);
- Introdurre il prodotto la lavorare
all'interno della vasca. è buona norma
non caricare la vasca con eccessive
quantità di prodotto; il livello ottimale di

leggermente al di sopra della lama
superiore del mozzo. Nel caso di
prodotti liquidi, bisogna fare molta
attenzione che il livello non superi
l'altezza del tubicino posto al centro
della vasca.
- Agganciare il coperchio sulla vasca
avendo ben cura di far combaciare gli
inserti presenti nella parte superiore
della vasca stessa, con i fori di cui il
coperchio è provvisto.
ATTENZIONE:
Il magnete situato
nella parte sporgente del coperchio,
deve combaciare perfettamente con il
sensore posto sulla colonnina, in caso
contrario la macchina non parte.
- Premere il pulsante di AVVIAMENTO
(B - Figura 6). Dopo alcuni secondi,
fermare la macchina con il pulsante di
ARRESTO (A - Figura 6) per verificare
il risultato ottenuto ed eventualmente
ripetere l'operazione; se per ultimare
la lavorazione, necessitano ancora
pochi secondi, è possibile utilizzare il
tasto di MARCIA di colorazione bianco
(C - Figura 6), che permette la messa
in funzione della macchina fintanto
che rimane premuto, una volta
rilasciato, la macchina si arresta
immediatamente.
- Una volta ultimata la lavorazione,
premere
il
pulsante
di
ARRESTO e disinserire l'interruttore
magnetotermico a muro; a questo
punto si può provvedere a rimuovere il
coperchio (D-Figura 2), afferrandolo
con entrambe le mani e facendolo .

4.2 STARTING THE MACHINE

- Insert the most suitable blades for
the type of work to be carried out (see
fig.7 and paragraph 4.1.1).
- Introduce the product to be worked
into the tub. It is best not to overload
the tub with excessive quantities of
any product. The level which should
not be exceeded is just above the
è
upper blade. In the case of liquids the
operator must always make sure that,
when introduced, the level of liquid
does not go above the full height of
the small tube located at the centre of
the tub.
Clamp the cover to the tub, making
sure the inserts at the top of the tub
correspond with the holes in the cover.
CAUTION:
The magnet located in the protruding
part of the cover must be made to
correspond perfectly with the sensor
located on the column otherwise the
machine will not start.
- Press the START push-button (B -
fig. 6). After a few seconds stop the
machine with the STOP push-button
(A - fig.6) to check the result obtained
and if necessary repeat he operation.
If a few more seconds are still required
to complete the operation, it is also
possible to use the white START
button (C - fig.6), which allows the
machine to run only as long as it is
kept
pressed. When released, the
machine stops immediately.
- When the operation is completed,
press the STOP push-button and
disconnect

4.2
MASCHINE
ACHTUNG - DER FÜR DIE ARBEIT
ERFORDERLICHE EINSATZ MUSS
IMMER VOR DEM EINFÜLLEN DES
PRODUKTES MONTIERT WERDEN.
- Den für die Arbeit erforderlichen
Einsatz montieren (siehe Abb. 8 und
Abschnitt 4.1.1).
- Das Produkt in die Wanne geben.
Die Wanne nicht zu hoch anfüllen; der
optimale Füllstand liegt ein wenig über
der oberen Einsatzklinge. Werden
Flüssigkeiten eingefüllt, darf die Höhe
des Schlauches in der Wannenmitte
nicht überschritten werden.
Den Deckel einhaken; die Einsätze im
oberen Wannenteil müssen in den
Löchern des Deckels zu liegen
kommen.
ACHTUNG
Der
Deckelteil muß den Sensor auf der
Säule berühren; andernfalls läßt sich
die Maschine nicht einschalten.
- Die STARTtaste (B - Abb. 6-7)
drücken. Die Maschine nach einigen
Sekunden
STOPtaste (A - Abb. 6-7) anhalten,
das Schnittresultat kontrollieren, und
gegebenenfalls nochmals einschalten.
Fehlen für ein optimales Ergebnis nur
mehr wenige Sekunden, kann man die
weiße Intervallbetriebstaste (C - Abb.
6-7) drücken. In diesem Fall bleibt der
Motor nur so lange eingeschaltet, wie
die Taste gedrückt gehalten wird, und
bleibt mit dem Auslassen der Taste
sofort stehen.
- Die STOPtaste drücken und den
thermomagnetischen Wandschalter
ausschalten. Nun kann der Deckel (D -
Abb. 2) mit beiden Händen in
