4.1 DESCRIZIONE DEI COMANDI -

Il pannello dei comandi è posto sul
frontale della macchina, (A - Figura 2)
ed è così configurato:

ARRESTO/DISINSERZIONE Colore
GRIGIO; Premendolo si arresta il
motore.

Pulsante

MARCIA/ON/
A V V I A M E N T O/ I N S E R ZI ON E
Colore VERDE. Premendo il pulsante
la macchina si avvia in permanenza.
Per le macchine a 2 velocità,
l'inserimendo di questo pulsante, avvia
la bassa velocità (Figura 7).

- Pulsante di MARCIA/ON/
AVVIAMENTO/INSERZIONE di colore
VERDE. Tale pulsante, si trova solo
nelle macchine dotate di 2 velocita' e
il suo inserimento (Figura 7), avvia
l'alta velocità.
C - Pulsante di MARCIA/ON - Colore
BIANCO. Mantiene in moto il motore
sintanto
che
rimane
rilasciandolo il motore si arresta.

4.1.1 ACCESSORI E TIPOLOGIE DI
LAVORAZIONE.
La
macchina,
a
secondo
necessità dell'utente, può essere
corredata dai seguenti tipi di mozzi:
MOZZO CON LAME TAGLIENTI - (A -
Figura 7) Viene dato in dotazione alla
macchina; è il tipo di lama più
utilizzata, permette di eseguire la
maggior
parte
delle
lavorazioni
disponibili (tritare prezzemolo, aglio,
cipolla, mozzarella; fare la passata di
pomodoro, ecc.).
MOZZO CON LAME DENTATE - (B -

4.1 DESCRIPTION OF THE
CONTROLS (fig.6 - fig.7)
The control panel is located on the
front of the machine (A - fig.2). The
panel is configured as follows:

DISCONNECT) push-button. When
pressed this button will switch the
machine off.
B - GREEN, START (ON/CONNECT)
push-button. When pressed, the
machine will run continuously. In two-

speed machines, this button starts the
lower speed (fig.7).

CONNECT) push-button. This button
will be found only in two-speed
machines and, when pressed, starts
the higher of the two speeds.
C - WHITE, START (ON) push-button.
This button keeps the motor running
as long as it is kept pressed. When
released, the motor will stop.

4.1.1 ACCESSORIES AND TYPES
OF OPERATION
Depending on the user's needs, the
delle
machine be fitted with the following
types of hubs:
- HUB WITH CUTTER BLADES - (A -
fig.7). This is supplied with the
machine and is the type of blade
which is most frequently used as most
of the possible operations can be
performed with it i.e. chopping parsley,
garlic, onions, mozzarella cheese,
making tomato sauce and so on.
- HUB WITH TOOTHED BLADES -
(B - fig.7). This tool is supplied only on

Das Steuerpaneel befindet sich auf
der Maschinenfront (A- Abb. 2), und
sieht wie folgt aus:
