CAUTION!
Never use abrasive chemicals, such as scouring powder, alcoholic or alkaline
substances, solvents, or petrol, which may damage elements made from artificial
materials and/or paint.
o After washing, dry and polish the device with a soft cloth.
Defrost
o Disconnect the device from its outlet (remove plug).
o Open the door and remove all contents from the inside.
o Remove any built-up ice using a scraper from artificial materials, or leave the doors
open long enough for the ice to melt. Remove remaining water and ice with a cloth.
o Wash the interior and exterior of the device.
o Dry the device thoroughly.
o Leave the door open long enough for the device to dry out.

6.3 Safety instructions for maintenance

o Inspect the power cable regularly for damage. Never use the device if the cable is
damaged. If the power cable is damaged, have an authorised service center or
qualified electrician replace it.
o In case of damage or malfunction, please contact your stockist or our customer
service centre. Pay attention to the troubleshooting tips in pt. 7.
o Only a qualified technician and using original spare parts and accessories should
carry out repairs and maintenance of the device. Do not attempt to repair the
device yourself.
