STARTING­OPERATION
Power­supply
This scales operates on 2 x 1.5 V LR3/AAA bat-
teries (total of 3 V).

O pen the cover of the battery compartment

I nsert the 1.5 V LR3/AAA batteries. When
doing so, pay attention to the polarity markings
in the bottom of the battery compartment.

C lose the cover of the battery compartment

Notes­
Do not expose the batteries to extreme heat

e.g. direct sunlight, heaters, fire, etc.

Remove the batteries when they are flat or

when you know that the device will not be used
for a longer period of time. No liability will be
