Other devices cannot connect to the SmartThings app
• O n the other device, disconnect from the Wi-Fi network and reconnect to it.
• T urn the device off and turn it on.
The connection is often disconnected
• I f there are obstacles between the devices, the operating distance may be reduced.
• E nsure that the other devices are within the maximum connection range.
• W hen using the SmartThings Wifi/Hub with other devices, the connection may be
affected by electromagnetic waves. Use the SmartThings Wifi/Hub in environments with
fewer wireless devices present.
