Guarantee
Your TUNZE® unit carries a guarantee of
twenty-four months after the date of purchase
covering all material and workmanship defects.
Defective units should be returned well-packed,
together with the sales slip, to the retailer or
the manufacturer. Consignments not pre-paid
cannot be accepted and will be returned to the
sender unattended.
Exclusion from guarantee
The guarantee does not cover any claims
for compensation beyond the unit itself. Any
damage caused by incorrect handling, or any
technical modifications made by the purchaser,
irrespective of their nature, or any wearing
damage caused by soiling shall not be covered
under this guarantee.
Subject to technical modifications,
especially those which further safety and
technical progress.
Garantie
Nous accordons une garantie d'une durée
de 24 mois à compter de la date d'achat de
votre appareil. Cette garantie englobe tous les
vices de fabrication ou de matériaux. L'article
défectueux pourra être adressé au point de
vente ou directement à l'usine, dûment emballé
et muni d'un ticket de caisse valable et lisible.
Les colis non-affranchis seront refusés et
retourneront à leur expéditeur non réparés.
L'exclusion de garantie
touche ce qui ne concerne pas directement
l'appareil. Nous ne couvrons pas les défauts
consécutifs à une mauvaise utilisation ou
des modifications techniques provenant de
l'acheteur. Ainsi que dommages d'usure causé
par sable, chaux et pollution.
Modifications techniques
Le fabricant se réserve le droit d'effectuer toutes
modifications techniques, en particulier celles
concernant la sécurité et les améliorations
techniques.
