Maintenance and Cleaning

Before cleaning the steam iron, the plug must be unplugged and it must fully cooled. Do
not use corrosive cleaning agents.
Never submerse the iron in water or other liquids.
Fill the water tank with normal tap water, rinse and empty.
Clean the iron base with a damp piece of cloth.

Troubleshooting

Error
Water is leaking
from the iron
when the steam
button is pressed.
Descale is
formed on the
base.
Steam does not
exit when the
steam button is
pressed.
Sounds come
from the water
tank when the
appliance is
operated.
Probable Cause
Thermostat control button ' . " Or it
can be in the in " . ." settings.
The water level in the water tank
may be above the maximum line.
The product may not be on a flat
floor.
Too much descale may have
formed in the water tank.
Water tank may be empty.
The thermostat adjustment button
can be set in the low setting.
The appliance may not be heated
yet. (sounds are caused by the
expansion of the tank)
Remedy
Set the thermostat control
button to "..." .
Empty the excessive
water.
Place the appliance on a
flat ground.
Clean the appliance
using the self-cleaning
function.
Check the water tank
and fill the water tank
between the MIN and
MAX line level.
Choose a higher setting.
This is normal. It will stop
in a few minutes.
