4- RECOMENDATIONS
For the efficient use of the Expressa, insert 3-4 oranges at a
time into the slide.
If you insert only one orange while the appliance is
operating, ensure that paddles F and G are correctly
pushing the fruit against the cutting knife in a backward
flowing movement. In the unlikely event the orange does
not slice properly, partially sliced oranges may accumulate
near the blade causing the top cover to rise. As a safety
precaution, the machine will automatically stop. At this
point, press the stop button, unplug the machine and clear
the partially sliced fruit, being careful to avoid the sharp
cutting blade.
