• Do not cover the openings at the back of the touchscreen. These
openings provide necessary ventilation and the touchscreen can
overheat if they are covered.
• Over time, dust can accumulate inside the touchscreen which can
cause overheating. To avoid this, have the touchscreen cleaned
periodically by Prowise or a certified partner.
• Ensure that the screen is not exposed to severe shocks, vibrations
or impacts. This can damage the device and the screen.
• To avoid damage, do not touch the screen with sharp or hard
objects.
• Do not try to install or move the touchscreen yourself. Avoid
damage and leave this to the skilled staff of Prowise or a certified
partner.

2.2. Scope of delivery

Please check that the delivery is complete and if it is incomplete, contact our service desk in
writing within five (5) days of delivery. Provide the serial number and a copy of the invoice in
this notice.
