The indicators "3" and "4" have no function.
F Trailer declaration:
By pressing the push-button longer than 2 seconds
the indicators "2" and "X" fl ash once. This means that
the trailer indicator is activated. For deactivating the
trailer indicator the push-button has to be pressed
again for longer than 2 seconds until the indicator
"X" fl ashes once.
G Checking the status:
By pressing the push-button for less than 2 seconds
the status indicator "X" will be activated. If a trailer
has been declared, the trailer indicator "2" will always
fl ash together with status indicator "X".
1x green viaBOX is OK
2x green viaBOX is OK, but account
balance is low Recharge the
account. Only applicable for
prepay accounts.
4x red Error. Go to a contact or
distribution point.
No fl ash Error. Go to a contact or
distribution point.

H Operating viaBOX on tolled roads. When driving
under the tolling facility, the following acoustic
signals will sound:
1x beep Toll transaction occurred,
everything is in order.
2x beeps Toll transaction occurred, everything
is in order, but account balance
is low. Re-charge the account. Only
applicable for prepay accounts.
4x beeps Toll transaction did not occur.

No beep Toll transaction did not occur.

General Information:

The viaBOX is used to collect the distance-related
toll for toll liable vehicles in Poland.
The rules for distance-related tolling are in
accordance with the valid Polish laws and
regulations.
The viaBOX uses frequency bands described in
ERC/REC 70-03, annex 5, band a and b for tolling.
The viaBOX is not the property of the driver of the
vehicle but is entrusted to him/her exclusively for
the use of the Electronic Toll Collection System.
At the end of its period of use, the viaBOX must be
returned to a Contact or Distribution point.
The viaBOX must not be opened. Any unauthorized
manipulation of the unit is prohibited (such as
reverse engineering procedures).
