HOW TO INSTALL TOMTOM CURFER IN
YOUR VEHICLE
1. Before installing TomTom CURFER in your car,
get the CURFER app for your smartphone and
register an account.
The CURFER app is available free from the Apple
App Store and on Google Play™. The in-app
setup guide will help you with the installation
process.
2. If possible, park your car on a level surface.
Although installation while parked uphill also
works, TomTom CURFER will need a couple
of trips to adjust itself and to deliver correct
scorings.
3. Make sure that your smartphone's Internet
connection is available while installing TomTom
CURFER in your car.
4. Open the CURFER app, log in and follow the in-
app setup guide through the installation process
step by step.
PLEASE NOTE: During installation, you will be
asked to turn your engine on. If the vehicle reports
any errors or warning messages on your vehicle's
dashboard, turn off the engine immediately, remove
TomTom CURFER and contact technical support.

SO INSTALLIERST DU DEINEN TOMTOM
CURFER IM AUTO
1. Lade die CURFER App auf dein Smartphone und
lege einen Account an, bevor du deinen TomTom
CURFER im Auto installierst.
Die App erhältst du kostenlos im Apple App
Store oder bei Google Play™. Der Setup-
Guide in der App wird dich bei der Installation
unterstützen.
2. Zur Installation parkst du dein Fahrzeug am
besten auf einer waagerechten Fläche. Die
Installation ist auch möglich, wenn dein Auto am
Hang steht. In diesem Fall braucht CURFER aber
ein paar Fahrten um sich zu justieren und genaue
Ergebnisse zu liefern.
3. Achte darauf, dass dein Smartphone
Internetverbindung hat, während du den
TomTom CURFER in deinem Auto installierst.
4. Öffne die CURFER App und logge dich ein.
Folge dem Setup-Guide Schritt für Schritt durch
die Installation.
WICHTIGER HINWEIS: Während der Installation
wirst du aufgefordert, den Motor zu starten.
Sollte dein Fahrzeug Fehlermeldungen anzeigen,
dann schalte den Motor sofort ab. Entferne den
TomtTom CURFER und kontaktiere den technischen
Kundendienst.

INSTALLEREN
1. Download de CURFER-app op je smartphone en
registreer een account voordat je de TomTom
CURFER in je auto installeert.
De CURFER-app is gratis beschikbaar in de
App Store van Apple en in Google Play™. De
installatiehandleiding in de app helpt je bij de
installatie.
2. Parkeer je auto op een zo vlak mogelijke plek.
Installatie is ook mogelijk als de auto op een
helling staat, maar de TomTom CURFER heeft
dan enkele ritten nodig om te kalibreren en
correcte gegevens te tonen.
3. Zorg dat je smartphone verbonden is met
internet wanneer je de TomTom CURFER in je
auto installeert.
4. Open de CURFER-app, meld je aan en volg de
stappen in de installatiehandleiding.
LET OP: Tijdens de installatie wordt je gevraagd
de motor te starten. Als er foutmeldingen of
waarschuwingen op het dashboard van je voertuig
verschijnen, moet je de motor onmiddellijk
uitschakelen, de TomTom CURFER verwijderen en
contact opnemen met de technische ondersteuning.
