Assembly
• Unscrew the protective cap from the thermo-
static valve body.
Use a small screwdriver to lever out the end
plug. (1)
• Through the end opening, set the thermostat-
ic head to the maximum value by turning set-
ting key (Item No. 2500-00.253) to the left
(anticlockwise). (2)
• Screw the thermostatic head on to the valve
body by turning to the right (clockwise). Turn
the hand wheel cap beyond noticeable resist-
ance until the side hole is aligned with one of
the two marking notches on the mounting
nut. (3) (The lock screws in the mounting nut
and the marking notches are in the same
position.)
• With the size 2 Allen key (Item No. 6040-
02.256) fitted in position tighten the thermo-
static head. (4)
• Tighten the stop screw in the mounting nut
with the size 2 Allen key as far as it will go.
(5) (The hand wheel cap can now be turned in
any direction without changing the set value.)
• To make it easier to read off the set value,
turn the hand wheel cap such that the view-
ing window faces upwards. (6)
Setting setpoint
Use a small screwdriver to lever out the end
plug. (7)
Set the required value with the setting key (Item
No. 2500-00.253) through the end opening. The
corresponding numbers are shown in the vie-
wing window. (8)
Press the end plug back in until it snaps into
position.
Number 3 corresponds to a room temperature of
about 20 °C.
Depending on local conditions, this temperature
may also be reached with other settings.
Disassembly
To disassemble the thermostatic head, turn the
hand wheel cap until the side hole is aligned
with one of the two marking notches on the
mounting nut. (3)
Undo lock screw with size 2 Allen key (Item No.
6040-02.256). (5)
With the Allen key fitted in position unscrew the
thermostatic head by turning to the left (anti-
clockwise). (4)

Montage
• Dévisser le capuchon de protection du corps du
robinet thermostatique.
À l'aide d'un petit tournevis, retirer le bouchon de
fermeture par mouvement de levier. (1)
• À travers l'ouverture frontale, régler la tête thermo-
statique sur la valeur de consigne maximale en la
tournant vers la gauche avec une clé de réglage
(réf. n° 2500-00.253). (2)
• Visser la tête thermostatique sur le corps du robinet
en tournant vers la droite. Continuer de tourner la
protection du volant à main, même si l'on perçoit
une résistance, jusqu'à ce que le perçage latéral
coïncide avec l'une des deux encoches repères de
l'écrou de fixation (3) (la position des vis de sûreté
dans l'écrou de fixation est identique à celle des
encoches repères).
• Serrer à fond la tête thermostatique, la clé à six
pans creux d'ouverture 2 (réf. n° 6040-02.256)
étant insérée. (4)
• À l'aide d'une clé mâle à six pans d'ouverture 2,
serrer la vis de sûreté dans l'écrou de fixation jus-
qu'à la butée (5) (la protection du volant à main
peut maintenant être tournée à volonté sans risque
de modifier la valeur de consigne réglée).
• Afin de garantir une meilleure lisibilité de la valeur
de consigne, tourner le capuchon du volant à main
de sorte que la fenêtre regard soit dirigée vers le
haut. (6)
Réglage de la valeur de consigne
À l'aide d'un petit tournevis, retirer le bouchon de fer-
meture par mouvement de levier. (7)
À travers l'ouverture frontale, régler la tête thermosta-
tique sur la valeur de consigne maximale en la tour-
nant vers la gauche avec la clé de réglage (réf. n°
2500-00.253). Les chiffres repères correspondants
s'affichent dans la fenêtre regard. (8)
Enfoncer à nouveau le bouchon de fermeture jusqu'à
enclenchement.
Le chiffre 3 correspond à une température ambiante
de 20 °C environ. Selon les conditions locales, cette
température peut également être obtenue avec des
réglages différents.
Démontage
Pour démonter la tête thermostatique, tourner la pro-
tection du volant à main jusqu'à ce que le perçage
latéral coïncide avec l'une des deux encoches repères
de l'écrou de fixation. (3)
Desserrer la vis de sûreté avec une clé mâle à six pans
d'ouverture 2 (réf. n° 6040-02.256). (5)
Dévisser la tête thermostatique en la tournant vers la
gauche, la clé mâle à six pans étant insérée. (4)

pour actionner la tête thermostatique B.
Également pour le corps de robinet thermostatique
V-exakt / F-exakt, le raccord fileté de retour Regulux,
le raccordement Vekolux et le robinet de purge
des radiateurs.

Montage
• Draai de beschermkap van de thermostatische
afsluiter.
Verwijder de afsluitdop met een kleine schroe-
vendraaier (1).
• Stel de thermostaatkop in op de maximale
instelwaarde door deze met behulp van de
instelsleutel (art.-nr. 2500-00.253) door de
opening aan de voorzijde naar links te draaien
(2).
• Draai de thermostaatkop rechtsom op de
afsluiter. Draai de thermostaatkap over de voel-
bare weerstand heen totdat de boring opzij
gelijk staat met één van de beide markerings-
kerven van de bevestigingsmoer (3). (De positie
van de borgschroeven in de bevestigingsmoer
en de markeringskerven zijn identiek.)
• Draai de thermostaatkop vast met de ingesto-
ken inbussleutel SW 2 (art.-nr. 6040-02.256)
(4).
• Draai de borgschroef in de bevestigingsmoer
tot aan de aanslag vast met de inbussleutel SW
2 (5). (U kunt nu aan de thermostaatkap draai-
en zonder dat de ingestelde waarde wordt ver-
anderd.)
• Draai de thermostaatkap zo dat het zichtven-
ster naar boven wijst (6) om de instelwaarde
beter te kunnen aflezen.
Instellen van de instelwaarde
Verwijder de afsluitdop met een kleine schroeven-
draaier (7).
Stel de gewenste waarde door de opening aan de
voorzijde in met de instelsleutel (art.-nr. 2500-
00.253). De dienovereenkomstige kengetallen
worden in het zichtvenster aangegeven (8).
Druk de afsluitdop weer zodanig terug dat deze
vastklikt.
Het kengetal 3 komt overeen met een kamertem-
peratuur van ca. 20 °C.
Al naargelang de plaatselijke voorwaarden kan
deze temperatuur ook worden bereikt met afwij-
kende instellingen .
Demontage
Draai de thermostaatkap totdat de boring opzij
gelijk staat met één van de beide markeringsker-
ven van de bevestigingsmoer (3) om de ther-
mostaatkop te demonteren.
Draai de borgschroef los met de inbussleutel
SW 2 (art.-nr. 6040-02.256) (5).
Schroef de thermostaatkop met ingestoken
inbussleutel naar links los.

Ook voor thermostatische afsluiter V-exact/F-exact,
schroefverbinding aan de terugloop Regulux,
