This appliance is not intended for professional use. You should follow the requested breaks.
Failure to follow this instruction carefully may result in damage to the motor. Please refer to the
rating label for the maximum continuous usage time (KB xx min where xx is the allowed
maximum usage time). The breaks should last at least 10 minutes.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Remove all packaging, and check that no parts are damaged or missing.

Read these instructions carefully!

Wash the beaters and dough hooks in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
•
Wipe the motor unit with a slightly damp cloth.
•
Rinse the detachable metal leg under warm running water, wipe the blade with a damp
•
cloth and dry thoroughly.

USE OF THE BEATERS AND DOUGH HOOKS
With these accessories you can beat, knead and mix. It is recommended to make circular
movements or movements in the form of an 8.
Make sure the speed switch is in off-position "0" and the appliance is unplugged from the

power supply.
Insert the accessories in the openings at the bottom of the appliance and if necessary turn
•
them lightly until you hear a light click.
Check if they are locked properly by pulling them gently.
•
The beaters can be mounted equally in both openings, but for the dough hooks you have
•
to respect the sense indicated on page 4 (the hook fitted with a disk has to be placed in
the larger of the two openings of the appliance).
Plug the unit into a suitable mains socket.
•
Press the on/off button.
•
After use, unplug the appliance and pull firmly to remove the accessories.
