Notes about Programming

This decoder has protection against accidental program-
ming. When locomotives are being programmed, the
turnout decoder may be connected to the programming
process. When the turnout decoder is being programmed,
no other user should be connected also (programming
track).
In order to be able to program the decoder, a turnout must
be connected to Output A, and an electrical contact must
be made between the two connections designated with
„Prog". This contact must be maintained for the duration
of the programming procedure. This connection must be
removed for the operation of the decoder.

mfx Operation

The decoder registers itself automatically on a suitable
control device in mfx. It occupies the first address block
that is still open. The address block set in mfx is also set
for DCC. Advanced settings can be done in DCC as well
as in mfx.
