1. Safety information

CAUTION: Read carefully before starting up !
Please observe the notes in the operating instructions carefully. In case of non-observation, the
warranty claims will become void. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage and/or
consequential damage resulting.
Keep away from children: Do not let children play with or near the unit.
Electrical connection: The FD 360° floor dryer is designed for operation at 230 V/50 Hz. Use with
Schuko-plug (safety plug) only! Socket used must be grounded!
Protect power cable against damage: Never operate the unit with a damaged power cable. If the
power cable is damaged, it must be replaced with a cable of the same type and dimensions.
Extension cord: Use approved extension cords only!
Handle with care: Do not drop or throw the unit as components or wiring may be damaged.
Operate on a solid surface: Always install the unit on a solid and even surface.
Secure during transport: Secure against sliding during transport in vehicles.
Keep dry: The unit may not be operated in puddles or standing water. Do not store or operate
outdoors. If the electrical wiring or components of the unit become wet, thoroughly dry the unit prior to
its next use.
Keep air opening unobstructed: Do not cover or block air inlets and outlets.
Do not use speed regulators: In order to reduce the risk of motor defects, turbo dryers should not be
operated using electronic speed regulators.
Unit repairs: Please have the unit repaired by HEYLO service partners only. You can obtain
information about approved service technicians by phone, fax, or e-mail under the numbers and/or
addresses mentioned above.

2. Floor dryer use

Der FD 360° is a versatile fan suitable for floor area drying due to its special air guiding technology.
The high-volume air flow generated by the turbo dryer increases evaporation on the surface to be
dried, facilitates the prevention of mold formation, and reduces the risk of additional moisture damage.
Air circulation improves evaporation from the wet surfaces and results in fast drying of the areas.

3. Installation

Uncoil the power cord and insert the Schuko plug into a suitable 230 V Schuko contact socket.
Position the unit above the area to be dried. Make sure that the power cable does not present a
tripping hazard. The effective area amounts to 3 m in all directions.

4. Commissioning

Once the unit is safely installed, operate the ON/OFF switch.
