Problem
Receivers cannot be
switched on
Disturbed reception or no
reception
If problems occur that are not listed above or if the problems cannot be solved with
the proposed solutions, please contact your local Sennheiser agent for assistance.

Possible cause
Receivers are not powered Check the connections of
Transmitting antennas are
not within the range of the
receiving antennas
Transmitters or receivers
are not switched on
Antennas are not
connected correctly
Connecting cables are
defective
Too high cable attenuation
due to too long antenna
cables or wrong type of
antenna cable
Transmitters and receivers
are not on the same
frequency
Possible solution
the mains unit or the DC
connections
Reduce the distance
between transmitter and
receiving antennas
Switch the transmitters or
receivers on
Check the antenna
connections
Replace the connecting
cables
Only use the
recommended antenna
cables (see "Accessories"
on page 21)
or use shorter antenna
cables
