REMOTE CONTROL

REMOTE CO NTRO L OPERATION
Point the remote control from no more than about 6m from t he remote control sensor an d within
abou t 60°of the front of the player.
NOTES:
- The operating distance may vary according to the brightness of the room.
- Do not point bright light at remote control s ensor.
- Do not place objects between the remote control and the remote control sensor.
- Do not us e this remote control whi le simultaneously operating the remote control of any
other equipment s.
Precaution on battery use
Improper use of batteries can result in leakage of chemicals and/or explosion. Be su re to
follow the instructions bel ow :
Place batteries with their termi nals corresponding to th e (+) and (-) indications.
Different types of batt eri es have different characteristics. Do not mix batteries of different
types.
Do not mix old and new batteries. Mi xing old and new batteries can shorten the life of new
batteries and/or cause ol d batteries to leak chemicals.
Remove batteries as soon as t hey are non-operable. Chemical s that leak from batteries can
cause a rash.
If chemical leakage is found, wipe with a cloth.
The batteries (battery pack of batteries installed) shall not be exposed to excessive heat su ch
as sunshine, fire or the like.
IMPO RTANT NOTE O N BATTERIES :
Please help to protect the environment. It is recommended to dispose of old batteries i n
collection centers specially designed for that.
