SETTING UP THE SAW POSITION ON THE STAND
To set up the saw on the stand in a precise way, use the positioning catch (10).
● Loosen the positioning catch fixing bolt.
●
Move the catch into the selected position.
●
Tighten the positioning catch fixing bolt.
●
Install the saw with the installation brackets so that one of the brackets sits in the positioning catch.
SUPPORTING THE MATERIAL BEING MACHINED
The supports with the limit stop (7) can be used as a support or a support with a limit stop.
The limit stop can be tilted away. In the upper position, you can use its retaining edge as a base for
determining the cutting dimension. When it is lowered, you can use the limitless support function.
After installing the saw on the mitre saw universal stand, align the height of the supports with the limit stop
to the mitre saw base height. This will ensure that precision is maintained during the cutting operation.
Adjust the height of the support with the limit stop in the following way:

Install the supports with the limit stop

Loosen the locking bolts on the sides of the supports with the limit stop.
●
Align the height of the supports with the limit stop to the mitre saw base height (use a measure tool or
material resting on the mitre saw base, e.g. a plank).
●
Tighten the locking bolts on the sides of the supports with the limit stop.
The supports with the limit stop can be fixed both to the extension arm when cutting long components
and to the mitre saw universal stand main beam when cutting shorter elements.
Before beginning to perform any installation, adjustment, repair or maintenance operations, pull
the mitre saw power wire plug out of the power grid socket. To make the work easier, remove the
saw from the stand.
The mitre saw stand has been designed in such a way as to ensure long-lasting failure-free operation
without need for maintenance. To keep up correct operation, clean it in a dry manner or with a piece of
cloth dampened in a mild soap solution.
