Before you start using the mitre saw universal stand, familiarize yourself with the general safety regulations
concerning the operation of power tools, the safety regulations concerning the operation of a mitre saw,
the operation manual for the saw currently in use and the present manual.

Keep the workplace clean to prevent hazards which might cause accidents.
●
Make sure that children and unauthorised persons keep a safe distance from the workplace.
●
Do not wear loose clothes and jewellery which might get caught by the rotating elements while in
operation.
●
Wear protective eyeglasses. We also recommend wearing a dust mask to protect the user against fine
dust.
●
Use hearing protectors if the noise level during the power tool operation exceeds 85 dB(A).
●
Always maintain utmost care and vigilance at work. Do not work when you are tired.
●
Do not overload the power tool and use only the accessories which are dedicated to it. The correct
selection of circular blades is particularly important.
●
Use only the genuine spare parts for repairs and have the repairs carried out by a specialised service
outlet.
●
The mitre saw universal stand should not be used with other power tools.
●
Do not sit or climb on the stand. Doing that, you risk an injury or an accident.
●
Do not exceed the maximum permissible load of the stand. The maximum permissible load of the
support beam is 227 kg.
●
While installing the tool, follow the manual. The power tool must be well fixed to the installation
brackets.
●
Do not alter the stand in any way. This may affect safety.
●
Do not use the stand on an uneven ground. All four legs must stand in a stable way.
●
Be particularly careful while folding and unfolding the stand. If you are not careful, edges and moving
parts may injure or crush your fingers.
Although the structure has been primarily designed to be safe and safety devices and additional
means of protection are used, there is always some residual risk of getting injured at work.

DESIGN AND OPERATION
The mitre saw universal stand is compatible with most of the mitre saws available on the market. The
support beam is a specially reinforced profile to which folding legs and extendable supports. The mitre
saw is fixed to the support beam by means of the installation brackets. The stand has brackets designed
