Function
Turns the unit on and off.
These outputs carry the master signal and are on balanced XLR
and unbalanced RCA jacks. The output level is set by the control
(7). Connect amplifiers or other units with line level input here.
The booth output (balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA jacks) is
normally connected to the monitoring system in the control room
and carries the master signal. The output level is adjusted by the
control (6).
Controls the signal sent to the REC and LINK OUT outputs. In the
PRE position the signal is sent ahead of the master level control
(7). In the POST position the signal is sent after the master level
control.
6.3 mm jack for connecting stereo headphones. Turn the level
control (11) down before plugging in any headphones, as sudden
high-volume impact may damage your ears.
Balanced XLR input for connecting a DJ microphone. The level is
adjusted by the MIC LEVEL control (5). Please note that no
phantom power is available for this input, so it can only be used
with dynamic microphones.
Allows adjustment of the input sensitivity to compensate for
different source volumes connected to the phono inputs PH 1 to 3.
For turntables connected to the phono inputs PH 1 to 3.
Sets the sensitivity of the respective input (26) to phono with RIAA
equalization or line level.
Used to plug in the supplied power cable.
Additional stereo RCA output for connecting a further recording
unit. These jacks carry the same signal as the REC output (24).
Unbalanced stereo RCA output for connecting a recording device.
The PRE/POST selector determines if the recording signal is sent
ahead or after the master level control (7).
Insert points enable the processing of a signal with dynamic
processors or equalizers. Both connectors are on unbalanced
stereo RCA jacks. The INSERT OUT output is used to set up the
mixed signal from the channels and route it to an external effects
processor. The INSERT IN jacks serve as the return for the effects
mix into the mixing console ahead of the master control (7).
Unbalanced stereo RCA inputs for channel 1 to 5 for connecting
units with line level outputs such as CD players (LINE 1-10) or
turntables with magnetic system (PH 1-3).
