4 Inbetriebnahme
4.1 Einbau der Module
Montageuntergrund gemäß der Beschreibung auf
der beiliegenden Bohrschablone vorbereiten.
Die beiden Kreuzschlitzschrauben (Bild 11/8) der
Masseschiene (Bild 11/7) lösen und diese nach
unten herausziehen.
Gegebenenfalls CAM-Modul und Smart-Cards in
die entsprechenden Master-Module einsetzen.
Das erste Master-Modul (Bild 11/3) in den ersten
Steckplatz (links) einstecken und mit seinem Be-
festigungswinkel (Bild 11/2) an der Leiste (Bild
11/6) festschrauben.
Das dazugehörige HF-Kabel (Bild 11/1) am Mo-
dul und am HF-Eingang des Gehäuses anschlie-
ßen.
Anschließend die gewünschten Slave-Module
(Bild 11/5) einstecken und mit ihren Befesti-
gungswinkeln (Bild 11/4) an der Leiste (Bild 11/6)
festschrauben.
Weitere Master- oder Slave-Module in gleicher
Weise einbauen und anschließen.
Jetzt die Modulatoren (Bild 11/13) einbauen. Bei
den Stereomodulatoren werden die dazugehöri-
gen Stereocoder beliebig herum in die entspre-
chenden Steckplätze eingesetzt. Bei den Mo-
nomodulatoren müssen die Audio-Brücken ein-
gesetzt werden (Bild 11/11). Bei Twinmodulato-
ren müssen beide Stereocoder bzw. Audio-
Brücken eingesetzt werden.
Die Modulatoren (Bild 11/13) über die dazugehö-
rigen HF-Kabel (Bild 11/12) mit dem Ausgangs-
sammelfeld (Bild 11/10) verbinden.
Masseschiene (Bild 11/7) aufsetzen und mit ihren
an beiden Enden befindlichen Schlitzen unter die
beiden Schrauben (Bild 11/8) schieben und diese
festschrauben. Dabei die Module so ausrichten,
dass sie in den Schlitzen der Masseschiene geh-
altert werden.
Gerät in die vorbereiteten Schrauben einhängen
und die unteren Schrauben eindrehen.
Erdungskabel am Erdungsanschluss (Bild 11/9)
des Gehäuses festschrauben.
4 Commissioning
4.1
Installing the modules
Prepare assembly ground according to the de-
scription on the enclosed drilling jig.
Unscrew the two cross-head screws (Figure10/8)
of the mass rail (Figure 11/7) and pull it down-
wards.
Insert CAM modules and Smart-Cards into the
corresponding Master-Modules if applicable.
Plug the first Master-Module (Figure 11/3) into
the first slot and screw it down with its mounting
bracket (Figure 11/2) onto the strip.
Connect the accompanying HF-cable (Figure
11/1) at the module and the HF-entry of the cas-
ing.
Subsequently, plug the desired Slave Modules
(Figure 11/5) in and screw it down with the
mounting brackets (Figure 11/4) to the strip (Fig-
ure 11/6).
Attach and connect additional Master- or Slave-
Modules in the same way.
Now install the modulators (Figure 11/13). With
the stereo modulators the corresponding stereo-
coders have to be set in the accordant slot (direc-
tion doesn't matter). With the mono modulators
the audio bridges have to be set (Picture
10/11).Using twinmodulators it is necessary to in-
sert the two stereocoders or audio bridges.
Connect the modulators (Figure 11/13) over the
HF-cables (Figure 11/12) with the output combin-
er (Figure 11/10).
Set the mass rail on top (Figure 11/7) and slide
the slits, which are on both sides under the
screws (Picture 10/8) and tighten them. Thereby,
aligning the modules in a way that it is locked into
the slits of the mass rail.
Hook the unit in the prepared bolts and screw in
the lower bolts.
Attach the grounding cable with the grounding
screw (Figure 11/9) to the casing.
