Before use

Wash all the parts of the juicer and the press
bag thoroughly in clean water.
Attach the legs (7) to the frame (8) using
screws and nuts (12).
Use
1. Position the press basket (11) on the
frame (8).
2. Place the press bag in the press basket
GB
and fold it over the top edge of the press
basket so that it is easier to fi ll.
3. Place a suitable container under the juice
outlet to collect the pressed juice.
4. Fill the press bag with fruit pulp. For best
results, do not overfi ll the press bag.
5. Fold the top of the press bag over the top
and put the lid (1) on. Secure the lid with
the washer and lock nut (3).
6. Connect the water hose to the inlet
connector (6), turn the water tap on and
open the inlet valve.
7. Press the venting valve (2) down until
water comes out of it and there is no air
in the rubber bellows. Allow the rubber
bellows to fi ll with water. Once the water
pressure reaches 3 bar, the safety valve
activates and the water runs out at the
bottom. Close the inlet valve to maintain
the pressure in the hydrostatic juicer.

8. The fruit juice is pressed out through the
holes in the basket and runs down into
the container via the juice outlet (9). If
the pressure in the rubber bellows falls,
open the inlet valve and close it again
once the required pressure is reached.
9. Once all the juice is squeezed out of the
fruit pulp, you need to drain the water
from the rubber bellows by opening the
drain valve (4) and pressing the venting
valve (2). You may prefer to collect the
water in a suitable container and use it to
rinse fruit or water the garden.
10. Once the rubber bellows is empty, you
can unscrew the lid from the hydrostatic
juicer and lift the press bag out. Empty
out the dry fruit pulp.
11. Clean all parts immediately after use to
prevent remnants of pulp and juice from
sticking to the surfaces.

Cleaning and maintenance

-
Wash the juicer components in hot water
and dry thoroughly after each use.
-
Wash the press bag by hand or machine
wash at maximum 30 °C.
-
Store the hydrostatic juicer in a dry, dark
location.
-
If the hydrostatic juicer will not be used
for a prolonged period, all threads and
metal surfaces should be lubricated with
a thin layer of cooking oil.
