HYDROSTATIC JUICER
Use
The hydrostatic juicer can be used to make
fruit juice and cider from berries and fruit.
The hydrostatic juicer must be connected to
an outdoor water tap and pressure is created
by means of a rubber bellows through the
length of the juicer. This helps to ensure the
maximum possible is squeezed from fruit,
berries and certain vegetables.
GB
The process is simple and quick and the
closed system means that the water does not
come into contact with the fruit pulp and
fruit juice.
Note! Mash or crush the fruit before placing
it in the juicer. If necessary, use a press cloth
so the pressed fruit does not get pressed out
through the holes in the basket.

Safety measures

The hydrostatic juicer must only be
connected to water. The rubber bellows may

explode if connected to compressed air!

The pressure in the rubber bellows must not
exceed 3 bar! Keep an eye on the manometer

sharp objects (including hard or sharp stones
or stone debris from fruits such as plums), as
this may cause a puncture.
The rubber bellows must not be exposed
to direct sunlight, as UV rays may perish the
rubber.
Make sure that the hydrostatic juicer is on a
stable surface so that it does not tip over.
