GARH15 – AUTO-REWIND GARDEN HOSE REEL (15m)

Thank you for buying the GARH15! Please read the manual thoroughly before bringing this device into service. If the
device was damaged in transit, don't install or use it and contact your dealer.
The auto-rewind garden hose reel can be wall mounted by means of the included bracket and can turn over a 180°
angle. It is equipped with an auto-rewind function and internal locking mechanism.
2. Safety Instructions
• Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this manual is not covered by the warranty and the dealer
will not accept responsibility for any ensuing defects or problems.
• Keep the swivel area free of any tools, equipment etc.
• Note that damage caused by user modifications to the device is not covered by the warranty.
• Keep the device away from children and unauthorised users.
3. General Guidelines
• Do not leave an unwound hose in a cold environment as the hose can stiffen.
• Avoid brute force when installing or operating the device. Do not overload the device.
• Store your GARH15 in a dry, preferably warmed location, away from direct sunlight, humidity and chemicals.
• Keep the hose away from sharp objects.
4. Installation
Your GARH15 can be mounted onto the wall by means of the wall bracket. When choosing a mounting location,
make sure the reel will be able to swivel through 180° once mounted. Allow a 50cm clearance on both sides of the
wall bracket. Mount your GARH15 at a distance of about 1.5m from a corner.
To mount the bracket on a cement wall, mark the mounting holes and drill the holes (± 50mm deep) with an
appropriate electric drill. Fix the bracket with the included bulge screws. To mount the bracket on a wooden fence,
mark the holes and drill the holes (± 50mm deep) using an appropriate electric drill. Fix the bracket using the
included wood screws. Fix the reel to the bracket.
Now, rotate the reel left and right over a 180° angle to test. Connect the tap with input hose and open the tap. Check
for leaks before using the reel for the first time. Retighten the connections if leaks occur.
