Temperaturkontrolle
Die Temperatur wird digital angezeigt, in dem eine Taste gedrückt wird. Eine weitere Prüfung
der Temperatur ist mit dem Gebrauch von Temperatur Messstreifen (Temperture Indication
Labels) zwischen den Pressplatten
möglich. Die Temperatur wird wie folgt geprüft:
•
Lassen Sie die Maschine für 1 Minute vorheizen.
•
Stellen Sie die Zeit auf 12 Sekunden und schließen Sie die Maschine.
•
Nach dem Öffnen der Maschine legen Sie den Messtreifen auf die Pressplatte und schließen
die Maschine erneut (Vorsicht heiß!).
•
Nehmen Sie den Messtreife nach dem Öffnen der Maschine sofort wieder von der
Pressplatte für Beurteilung.

with the product to be applied.
When one or more parameters are not set correctly, the label,
patch, emblem or transfer will not perform as designed and
this will bring unneeded cost.
The Temperature Indicator Labels are available
in four ranges:
• 93 °C – 132 °C
• 143 °C – 182 °C
40 labels per bag.
With both ranges the temperature is showed over eight
intervals, this gives a very accurate readout of the actual
interplaten temperature.
For optimal results place a temperature indication label with
the yellow side upwards on the lower platen of the heat seal
press and close the press for 7 seconds.
When a temperature is reached within the range of the labels,
depending on the temperature, you will see one or more
temperature changes to grey.
Temperature Indication Labels are available in 4 temperature
ranges.
Temperature Indication Labels come in a paper bag with 40
measuring strips.
Temperature Indication Labels must be stored in a cool, dry
& dark place. It is obvious that the labels must be stored at
lower temperature than the range they are for.
