The hot glue gun is maintenance-free.
1. Make sure you have read the safety instructions before cleaning.
2. Use a slightly dampened cloth and, if necessary, a mild cleaning agent for cleaning the device.
3. Make sure that no water penetrates inside the device. Always rub the device dry after cleaning
it. All components must be dry before they are used again.
4. Do not use sharp objects, benzene, solvents or cleaning agents that damage plastics under any
circumstances.
5. Keep the device and all its accessories in a location that is protected from dust, moisture and
direct sunlight. Store the device out of the reach of children.

Disposal of electrical devices
This device is subject to European Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and
electronic equipment (WEEE) which states that used household electrical equipment is
not to be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste.
This type of used equipment must be sorted and collected separately from other
household waste in order to increase the proportion of recovered equipment and their constituent
materials for recycling. The aim here is to reduce any negative effects on human health and the
environment. The symbol showing a crossed out wheelie bin is displayed on all equipment as a
reminder that these items must be disposed of separately. The consumer should contact the local
bodies responsible for the collection of waste (e.g. authorised waste collection companies or local
authority waste disposal facilities) or their representatives to find out how their equipment should
be disposed of properly.
