Every 3. month:
Check the condition of the running plate with one hand under the belt, to check if the
surface of the running plate is smooth and even. In case of irregularities or cracks,
the running plate should be replaced or alternatively turned around (if possible on the
model).
Lubricate any air cushion with Teflon-based spray.
Lubrication
Loosen both rear roller bolts to loosen the belt,
and then lubricate the entire top surface of the
deck with the lubricant. Once you have put on
the lubricant and again tightened the belt, plug
in the cord and safety key, start the treadmill
and walk for two minutes to spread the
lubricant around the running deck.
Tighten and centering the running belt:
The treadmill can extend after use and must be tightened as needed. Depending on the
user's running set, the treadmill may also be out of position and need centering.
Adjusting running belt
Centering and proper tightening of the belt is important for maintain the treadmill. The belt is
properly adjusted from the factory. However, factors such as transport and uneven floors can
cause the belt to "wander" to one of the sides, and damage it by scrubbing the side rails or
frame. To reset the belt please follow the instructions below.
Belt is moving towards one of the sides: Locate the adjusting screws at the back of the
treadmill

Umbraco key to adjust the rear roller lengthwise, watch and see if belt is turning sideways.
The belt will always turn to the side which is more slack. This means, by adjusting the left
side of the roller towards you (by turning with the watch), will the belt adjust to the right.
Please note that you do not turn too much at each attempt. As a rule, 1/2 or 1 turn will be
sufficient. If the result is not optimal, repeat the procedure until the tape goes straight
Running belt slips: The reasons why belt may slip can be many: If it is too tight, the belt can
spin on the rollers. Is the belt for slaughter, the belt might spin on the rollers. If the running
deck is lubricated too much, the tape may slip on the rollers. If the deck is too little lubricated,
the belt might stick to the rollers, due too much friction. (See lubrication instructions). Use the
