FAILURE DISPLAY

Description
If the heat pump stops working accidentally one of the four errors will be displayed and
the failure signal lamp will be on and the relevant code will start to fl ash!
The water temperature sensor is not working correctly. Please contact your dealer.
The tube temperature sensor is not working correctly or gas leakage. Please contact
your dealer.
Water fl ow is insuffi cient or not sensed.
Flow switch may be not working.
Indicates high/low pressure.
Pressure switch has activated and turned off power supply. Please contact your dea-
ler.
Note: Attention for three phases chiller: when power supply is connected for
the fi rst and display show E4 error need to invert two optional phases wires, only after
disconnect power supply.

MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS

Description
WARNING
Isolate machine before entering winter as the chiller embodies electrical and
rotational equipment, it is recommended for your own safety.
1. Switch off electrical supply to chiller.
2. Turn off circulation pump.
3. Drain water from chiller by disconnecting plumbing to and from chiller. Ensure chiller
is completely drained.
4. Flush through water circuit in chiller using clean tap water i.e. a hose into inlet con-
nection run for minutes minimum.
5. Drain completely fi t plastic bags secured by elastic bands over water connections.
6. If desired you can protect from the chiller by covering with ventilated coved though the
winter season. Don not use plastic sheet as condensation can occur within unit.

1. Remove ventilated cover protection fi tted.
2. Re-connect all plumbing connections to chiller, fi ltration, etc.
3. Turn on circulation pump and check for leaks.
4. Use the control panel to make setting.
The chiller has an auto restart function.
When the power supply is switched off accidentally it will automatically save the ope-
ration mode.
When power supply is restored the unit automatically restart after fi ve minutes and
operate in the same operation mode.
When the ambient air temperature is too cold the evaporator will start to freeze and the
frost will appear on the evaporator fi ns.
If this happens the chiller will automatically enter the defrosting mode (Reverse cycle
defrost) and the defrosting lamp will be on the display panel.
Once the evaporator copper temperature reaches 0°C or the setting defrosting time, the
defrosting function is over and chiller will revert back to cooling water.
