CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1.
Before cleaning switch o and unplug the cord from the eclectrical
outlet.
2.
Clean the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water
for cleaning as electrical shock may occur.
3.
Wash the chopper cover and bowl in warm soapy water. Wipe with a
damp cloth. Take out blade, wash it under running water. Caution:
Blade is every sharp, handle with care.
4.
Clean the beaters / dough hooks and the shaft under running water
or in a dishwasher. Rinse and dry. Don't touch the shape blades.
