Operating as a body analyser
The measurement and data is transmitted
through your bare feet, which are postioned on
the measuring electrodes
that both feet are placed on the scales properly.
Entering your data
When you use the body composition analysis
function for the first time, select the following
data and then enter the following information:
your user parameter (from 01 to 12), your gen-
der, your height (75 – 215 cm), your age (10-
99) and activity level (select from A 1 to A 4).
Notes
After entering the initial data, you will not

next time you use the scales. Simply select the
corresponding parameter (01 to 12) using the

During data entry, if no button is pressed for

more than 20 seconds, the scales automati-
cally switches off. You must then start from the
beginning.

Entering parameters

1 Position the scales on a smooth, flat surface
and activate it. To do this, tap your foot once
on the scale in the bottom right corner of the
glass surface .
