qUICk START

Plug one side of the charger to the bucket (at the dedicated socket located above the operation
button) and the other side to the electrical socket. Warning! The bucket must be empty and dry.
Charge battery for 16 hours before first use for a complete charge.
When the EWC is fully charged unplug the socket.
• Fill the bucket with water and the right quantity of floor cleaning detergent. Inside the bucket
you can find a sticker which shows you the maximum level of water, do not overfill.
• Insert the dry mop inside the bucket fullfilled; once wet insert the mop inside the wringing
system. Keep the handle upright and loose in your hand without tighten.
• Press the red button located on the low part of one side of the bucket with your foot, to start
spinning the wringer, to dry your mop: keep the handler from the top to let the frame rotating.
• Keep your foot on the button and allow the system to spin until you reach the desired level
of dryness for your mop, then remove your foot from the button and the wringer system will
immediately stop spinning.
• Take your mop out from the wringing system and start cleaning the floor!
• Repeat the process until the floor is clean.
BATTERY CHARGING & RECHARGING
WARNING: if the battery is damaged in any way do not attempt to recharge it. Contact your
local Vileda Customer Service department via www.vileda.com.
Charge battery for 16 hours before first use.
1. Connect the charger exclusively when product is not in use.
2. Plug the charger into suitable electrical socket.
Light indicator will turn RED.
Important: Light indicator does not change color when fully charged.
Charging period for fully discharged battery: 16 hours.
WARNING: ONLY USE THE CHARGER PROVIDED WITH THE PRODUCT. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
USE THE CHARGER WITH ANY OTHER PRODUCT NOR ATTEMPT TO CHARGE THIS PRODUCT
WITH ANOTHER CHARGER AS THIS MAY DAMAGE THE PRODUCT AND THE BATTERY, AND
WILL INVALIDATE YOUR GUARANTEE.
WARNING: To maintain peak performance of the battery it is recommended that the unit is fully
discharged and then completely recharged at least once a month.

CLEANING THE UNIT

Store the unit in a dry place. Empty the bucket after use.

LIGHT INDICATOR

Red LED while charging and when battery is full, No LED at discharging, Red LED flashing when
battery is low, then still the capacity is enough for around 7 wringing cycles of 10 s.
