9. AF (alternative frequency) button
Pressing repeatedly will allow you to set the following AF settings: off (AF symbol off), AF with RDS (AF
symbol on), AF without RDS (AF symbol blinks). When the AF function is activated, the unit automati-
cally changes to another frequency of the currently selected station if it has a better reception.
10. TA (traffic information) button
The unit automatically switches to a station that is transmitting traffic information updates.
(1) In DISC mode, the unit switches to traffic mode temporarily.
(2) TA, TP will be shown on the display during transmission. If you want to interrupt traffic and return
to the original mode, briefly press SEEK, SCAN, AUTO MEMORY. You can also wait until the end of the
transmission.
Insert / eject disc or USB
• To play back files from a memory card or disc, first press EJECT so that the monitor goes down, then
insert a disc or memory card.
• To eject the media, press EJECT again to move the monitor down. The disc will then be ejected au-
tomatically. If you have a memory card, you must press it in lightly before you can remove it.
• When playing USB, you need to connect a USD media to the rear USB port. To safely disconnect the
media, press STOP twice, and then disconnect the USB media from the device.
• The headphone icon shows you audio files, the mountain icon video & image files. Press the house
icon to return to the main menu, and the arrow (upper right) will return you to a setting.
