Mounting the pole foot
This sun shade can be mounted in the
following ways:
– on a cross base;
Article no.: 85999RGO
– on a ground anchor;
Article no.: 85999BRGO
– on a mounting plate;
Article no.:85999MGO
Mounting on a cross base is described
in these assembly instructions and us-
er manual.
If you would like to mount the sun shade
on a cross base, you will also need:

16 concrete slabs, 25 kg each
or
8 concrete slabs, 60 kg each
1. Place 8 25 kg concrete slabs or 4
60 kg concrete slabs in the cross
base. (see Figure A).
2. Pull the shade pole with the pole foot 1
horizontally onto the cross base so
that the two smaller holes 2 are over
the corresponding holes on the base
plate 3 (see Figure B).
3. Screw the size 10 hexagon socket
screws 4 and snap rings 5 tight with a
size 10 hex key (see Figure C).
4. Erect the shade pole with the pole foot
(see Figure D).
Please note: We recommend hav-
ing at least 2 other people help you
erect the shade pole.
5. Put the washers 8 and snap rings 7 in
place and screw the size 14 hexagon
socket screws 6 tight with a size 14
hex key (see Figure E and F).
6. If you use 25 kg slabs: Place addition-
al 8 concrete slabs (25 kg) in the cross
base. If you use 60 kg slabs: Place ad-
ditional 4 concrete slabs (60 kg) in the
cross base. (see Figure H).
The sun shade is now ready for use.
