Safety decals

To avoid accidents all the safety decals placed on the
machine and described in this manual must be strictly
observed.
The machine can be marked with use of warning pic-
tograms with no accompanying text. Explanation of
pictograms is provided below.
• It is the safety decal that says:
Attention, risk of heavy injuries to
human's body.
• Read carefullt this instruction
manual and pay attention to
warning notices placed in this
instruction manual and on the
machine.
• Guards for the transmission belts should be always
in place when the machine is running.
• Never put your hands into the Safety decals

• Be careful with the blower housing as it may be hot.
• If the blower is to be displaced with use of a forklift,
the machine must be lifted up after placing the forks
at purposeful locations.

Application area

Blowers TRL 600/1500 are designed as compressors
of atmospheric air.
They are meant for applications in pneumatic transpor-
tation systems but they also perfectly suit other appli-
cations that take advantage of compressed air.
No material can pass via the blower itself as it may
lead to serious damages of the machine rotor.
The blower must never be used to compress humid air
or flammable or explosive atmospheres. The air that is
captured by the bower must never be warmer than the
ambient temperature (up to 40°C).
The blower is not suitable for operation with air that
contains dust or viscous mists as these may deposit
on the blower rotor.
