Before first Use
Clean all parts of the multi grater as described
below under "Cleaning and Storing".
Operation
1. Turn over the lid and attach the desired
cutting or grating disc to the lid as shown
on the right. The cutting edges must point
down.
2. Insert the crank into the suitable opening in
the lid as far as it will go. Make sure the
shaft of the crank has passed all the way
through the cutting or grating disc (see red
arrow). Only then the discs can turn with
the crank.
3. Cut the fruit or vegetable to suitable pieces
and insert them into the opening under the
blue finger guards/plungers. Press the
plunger down and turn the crank to cut the
food.
Work with light, even pressure. Never reach
into the cutting or grating disc!
4. Take care not to overfill the bowl when
cutting food.
